"My salesperson was exceptional. He took care of the
purchase of my Escape. He found the best financing, had
the vehicle ready and all I had to do was show up and sign
the paperwork. I have bought several cars before, some
with my husband and the last 2 on my own. This was by
far the best experience in shopping for and purchasing a
vehicle. He explained the vehicle, kept me informed on
incentives, took care of finding financing and had the car
ready for me when I came to fill out the paperwork. I
received a good trade in on my Jeep. I picked my vehicle
up on my lunch hour. In my opinion, if I can do that you can
see that everything was taken care of and ready for me to
just sign and drive away. I am VERY happy with the
salesman and the dealership in general. I would highly
recommend Roberts to others.
